The "Win Your Chandelier Back Promotion" is sponsored by Designer Chandelier (Aust) PTY LTD and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Designer Chandelier (Aust) PTY LTD, are final in all respects. This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entry is open from 9am 1st May 2022 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31st October 2022. Only entries received in the period of bi-monthly immediately prior to the draw date will be eligible for the bimonthly prize draw. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via email or social media within 2 weeks of completion of each bimonthly draw.
Purchase a chandelier from Designer Chandelier by October 31, 2022 and post a photo of it on Facebook or Instagram tagging us (@DesignerChandelierAustralia) between 1st of May – 31st October 2022, to enter the bi-monthly draw for a chance to be refunded the full cost of your Designer Chandelier purchase (up to the value of $5000).
There will be 3 draws (1st July, 1st Sept & 1st Nov) based on the previous 2 months entries.
The prize will be a refund of up to $5000 on the winners Chandelier Purchase. The refund will come off the invoice based on one chandelier.
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS DESIGNER CHANELIER (AUST), THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY,FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.
