Terms & Conditions - Bailey Chandelier Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter is Designer Chandelier (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 92 654 269 217, of 9 Saunders Street, North Geelong VIC 3215, Australia (“Promoter” or “Designer Chandelier”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 10 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Both existing and new Designer Chandelier email subscribers are eligible to enter.

To remain eligible to win the prize, entrants must remain subscribed to the Designer Chandelier email mailing list until 11:59pm AEDT on 15 November 2026.

Employees, directors and management of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies directly associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to receive entries into the promotion.

A. Mailing list entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must:

• complete the Bailey Chandelier Giveaway entry form;
• provide a valid email address; and
• be or become subscribed to the Designer Chandelier email mailing list.

Existing Designer Chandelier subscribers are eligible but must still complete the competition entry form during the Promotion Period.

Completing these requirements provides the entrant with one (1) entry into the draw.

Only one mailing-list entry is permitted per person/email address.

B. Purchase entries

Eligible entrants will receive one (1) additional entry for every $500 AUD spent with Designer Chandelier during the Promotion Period.

Eligible spending is cumulative across the Promotion Period. Multiple eligible purchases made by the same customer may therefore be combined when calculating purchase entries.

For example:

• Total eligible spend of $499 = 0 additional entries
• Total eligible spend of $500 = 1 additional entry
• Total eligible spend of $1,000 = 2 additional entries
• Total eligible spend of $1,500 = 3 additional entries
• Total eligible spend of $2,750 = 5 additional entries

Only complete $500 increments qualify for an additional entry. Any remaining amount below $500 does not constitute a partial entry.

There is no maximum number of purchase entries, provided all purchases are eligible under these Terms & Conditions.

Purchase entries are additional to the entrant's one mailing-list entry.

5. Eligible Purchases

For the purposes of calculating purchase entries, an eligible purchase must:

• be made directly with Designer Chandelier during the Promotion Period;
• be paid for during the Promotion Period; and
• be made at the applicable selling price offered by Designer Chandelier.

Purchases that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or otherwise reversed will not count towards qualifying spend.

If an eligible purchase is partially refunded or returned, the entrant's qualifying spend and corresponding number of entries may be recalculated.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify transactions and adjust or remove entries where a transaction does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions.

6. Identifying Purchase Entries

Purchase entries will be attributed to entrants using the customer information associated with the relevant Designer Chandelier transaction, including the customer's email address and/or other identifying information reasonably required by the Promoter.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate information.

Where the Promoter cannot reasonably match a purchase to an entrant, the Promoter may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and allocate the relevant entries.

7. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

Bailey Collection Basket Chandelier – W:60cm – Gold

The prize is valued at $2,150 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

8. Delivery and Installation

The prize will be delivered to the winner at an eligible Australian delivery address.

Installation is not included in the prize.

The winner is responsible for all installation, electrical, structural and other costs associated with installing the chandelier.

The chandelier must be installed by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician where required by applicable law.

9. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 11 November 2026 at:

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each valid entry will constitute one entry in the random draw. Therefore, an entrant who has earned multiple valid purchase entries will have multiple entries included in the draw.

The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Subscription Requirement

Remaining subscribed to the Designer Chandelier email mailing list until 11:59pm AEDT on 15 November 2026 is a condition of eligibility for the prize.

If an entrant unsubscribes before this time, they will no longer be eligible to win, including where their entry was provisionally drawn on 11 November 2026.

The Promoter may verify the provisional winner's subscription status after 11:59pm AEDT on 15 November 2026 before confirming and awarding the prize.

After this date, continued subscription is not a condition of receiving or retaining the prize.

11. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their competition entry.

Entrants are responsible for monitoring their email inbox, including junk and spam folders.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact and verify the provisional winner.

The prize will not be confirmed until the Promoter has verified that the provisional winner has satisfied all eligibility requirements, including the subscription requirement.

The winner's details will be published if and to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Unclaimed or Ineligible Winner

If the provisional winner:

• cannot reasonably be contacted;
• is found to be ineligible;
• has breached these Terms & Conditions;
• has unsubscribed before the required date; or
• does not claim the prize within any applicable required period,

the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to determine a replacement winner, subject to applicable laws and any regulatory requirements.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to award the prize. NSW rules require trade-promotion terms to specify how an unclaimed prize will be handled and reasonable efforts to contact a winner. NSW Government

13. Marketing Communications

By subscribing to the Designer Chandelier email mailing list, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Designer Chandelier in accordance with applicable laws.

These communications may include information about Designer Chandelier products, new arrivals, promotions, sales, events and special offers.

Marketing communications will provide an unsubscribe facility as required by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion may be used by the Promoter to:

• administer the promotion;
• process and verify entries;
• identify qualifying purchases;
• verify subscription status;
• conduct the prize draw;
• contact and verify the winner;
• arrange delivery of the prize; and
• send marketing communications where the entrant has consented to receive them.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Designer Chandelier's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

15. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify entries that it reasonably determines involve:

• false, incomplete or misleading information;
• fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
• manipulation of the entry process;
• automated entries;
• duplicate mailing-list entries;
• misuse of multiple email addresses or identities;
• cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions; or
• any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any decision to invalidate an entry will be made subject to applicable law.

16. Technical Issues

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries or information that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of technical, telecommunications or other failures outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those rights and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decisions in relation to the administration of the promotion, verification of entries and determination of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
