You may cancel your order due to change of mind within14 days of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been dispatched or installed.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are no longer required, provided that:
- The item has not been installed or used
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The item is in resaleable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
