Disclosure Within the Hatch Brands Group

Designer Chandelier (Aust) Pty Ltd is part of the Hatch Brands group of companies. Where you have provided your explicit consent , for example, by selecting the option to receive updates from Hatch Brands and related lighting brands during signup or at checkout, we may share your Personal Information (including your name, contact details, and purchase preferences) with other entities within the Hatch Brands group for the purpose of direct marketing.

All Hatch Brands group entities that receive your Personal Information are required to handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and will only contact you in accordance with the preferences you have provided.

We do not sell your Personal Information to any third parties outside of the Hatch Brands group.

Security of Personal Information

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional emails related to your orders or account.
