Terms & Conditions - Win 2 Tickets to the 2026 NRL Grand Final
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Designer Chandelier Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 92 654 269 217) of 9 Saunders Street, North Geelong VIC 3215 ("Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) Friday 17 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) Tuesday 1 September 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to approved Designer Chandelier Australia Trade Members only.
To be eligible, entrants must:
- Be registered as a Designer Chandelier Australia Trade Member before the close of the Promotional Period.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Reside in Australia.
- Make eligible purchases during the Promotional Period.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Eligible Trade Members will automatically receive:
- One (1) entry for every $1,000 (GST inclusive) spent on eligible purchases during the Promotional Period.
For example:
- Spend $1,000 = 1 entry
- Spend $2,000 = 2 entries
- Spend $5,000 = 5 entries
There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible Trade Member may receive.
Entries are automatically calculated based on the final invoice value of eligible purchases.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to the 2026 NRL Grand Final
- Date: Sunday 4 October 2026
- Venue: Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park (Homebush), NSW
Prize value: AUD $598 (2 × $299 tickets).
Travel, accommodation, parking, food, beverages and any other associated costs are not included.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be randomly drawn at:
Designer Chandelier Australia
9 Saunders Street
North Geelong VIC 3215
Date: Thursday 3 September 2026
Time: 12:00pm (AEST)
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations
If an eligible order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded during or after the Promotional Period, the Promoter reserves the right to adjust or remove any entries awarded for that purchase.
If, following any cancellation, refund or partial refund, the entrant no longer meets the qualifying spend required for the entries awarded, the entrant will no longer be eligible for the prize.
If the prize has already been awarded and the winner subsequently becomes ineligible as a result of a cancellation, refund or partial refund, Designer Chandelier Australia reserves the right to recover the prize or, where recovery of the tickets is not possible, recover the retail value of the prize, being AUD $598.
9. Prize Conditions
- The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
- Should the winner choose not to attend the event, they may transfer or sell the tickets at their own discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer or event organiser.
- Designer Chandelier Australia accepts no responsibility for any inability of the winner to attend the event.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner in accordance with the Designer Chandelier Australia Privacy Policy.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Australian laws.
