Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Designer Chandelier (Aust) Pty Ltd ("Designer Chandelier"), located at 9 Saunders Street, North Geelong VIC 3215, Australia.

2. Promotional period

The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Sunday, 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday, 30 November 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period.

The promotion is open to both retail and trade customers.

Employees, directors and management of Designer Chandelier, their immediate families and agencies directly associated with conducting the promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to enter

During the Promotional Period, eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every AUD $1,000 spent on qualifying purchases from Designer Chandelier.

• $1,000 spent = 1 entry

• $2,000 spent = 2 entries

• $3,000 spent = 3 entries

• $5,000 spent = 5 entries

There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible customer may receive.

Qualifying purchases made during the Promotional Period will be combined to calculate each customer's total eligible spend, provided they can be attributed to the same customer account or verified customer identity.

Entries are calculated on the total amount spent after discounts, inclusive of GST and excluding delivery charges.

No separate entry form is required. No additional fee is charged for entry beyond the normal purchase price of qualifying products.

5. Qualifying purchases

Qualifying purchases include eligible Designer Chandelier products purchased online or at participating Designer Chandelier showrooms during the Promotional Period.

Orders must be placed and paid for during the Promotional Period to qualify.

Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions will not qualify. Where an order is partially refunded, the customer's eligible spend and corresponding entries may be adjusted.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Luxury Escapes gift card valued at AUD $2,000.

The total prize pool is AUD $2,000.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable, except where required by law.

The gift card is subject to Luxury Escapes' applicable gift card terms and conditions, including any redemption restrictions and validity requirements.

Any travel, accommodation, meals, transfers, insurance or additional expenses exceeding the gift card value are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize draw

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on Monday, 7 December 2026 at 9 Saunders Street, North Geelong VIC 3215.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details associated with their qualifying purchase within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner's details will be published on the Designer Chandelier website, to the extent required by applicable law, subject to any lawful privacy protections.

9. Prize claim and unclaimed prizes

The winner will be provided with instructions for claiming the prize.

The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification, subject to any longer period required by applicable law.

If the prize remains unclaimed, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable legislation and any required regulatory approvals.

10. Verification

Designer Chandelier reserves the right to verify entrants' identities, ages, residency and qualifying purchases.

Entries found to be invalid, fraudulent or in breach of these terms may be disqualified, subject to applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, conduct the draw and notify the winner.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Designer Chandelier's privacy policy.

Participation in this promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

12. General conditions

To the extent permitted by law, Designer Chandelier is not responsible for technical errors, incomplete transactions or circumstances outside its reasonable control that affect participation in the promotion.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required regulatory approval.

13. Acceptance of terms

By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

14. Applicable law

This promotion is governed by applicable Australian laws and regulations relating to trade promotion lotteries.
