Post Purchase Survey Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The Promoter is Designer Chandelier (Aust) Pty Ltd

9 Saunders Street, North Geelong, VIC 3215, Australia

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 15 April 2026 and continues on an ongoing basis, with one (1) draw conducted every three (3) months.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have completed a purchase from Designer Chandelier.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the Designer Chandelier post purchase survey in full.

• Entry is free
• Only one (1) entry is permitted per completed survey
• Multiple purchases may result in multiple entries, provided a separate survey is completed for each purchase

5. Prize
Each draw winner will receive:

• One (1) Designer Chandelier voucher valued at AUD $200

The voucher:

• Can be used towards replacement globes (bulbs) or other eligible products as determined by the Promoter
• Is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Must be used in accordance with any additional terms provided at time of issue

6. Draw Details

• One (1) winner will be drawn at random every three (3) months
• The first draw will take place on or after 15 July 2026
• Subsequent draws will occur every three (3) months thereafter
• Draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw via:

• Phone, and
• Email

If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing communications, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required
