Terms and Conditions - Fuel Voucher March 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Designer Chandelier Pty Ltd (ABN: 92 654 269 217) of 1 Short Street Auburn, NSW, 2144 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 12:00pm (midday) AEDT on 27 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to customers aged 18 years or over.
3.2 The promotion is valid for in-store purchases only at participating Designer Chandelier showrooms.
3.3 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Offer Details

4.1 Customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period will receive a fuel voucher as follows:

• Spend $2,000 or more (after discounts and including GST) → receive a $100 fuel voucher
• Spend $5,000 or more (after discounts and including GST) → receive a $300 fuel voucher

4.2 Spend thresholds are calculated based on the final transaction value after all discounts and including GST.
4.3 Each qualifying transaction is eligible for one (1) voucher only.
4.4 Transactions cannot be split or combined across multiple purchases to qualify.
4.5 Limited to one (1) fuel voucher per customer per transaction.

5. Voucher Conditions

5.1 Fuel vouchers will be issued only after full payment has been received for the qualifying purchase.
5.2 Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.3 Any additional terms and conditions imposed by the voucher provider will apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, or cancelled within the applicable returns period, the customer must also return the fuel voucher.
6.2 If the voucher has already been used or cannot be returned, the Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of the voucher from the refund amount.

7. General

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and eligibility of participants.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
7.5 The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Promoter will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at designerchandelier.com.au.
8.2 Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion.
