Golden Egg Hunt Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The Golden Egg Hunt promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:01am AEDT on 3 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 6 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Offers are valid strictly within this period.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Promotion Details
The Golden Egg Hunt will take place both:
- Online via the Designer Chandelier website, and
- In-store at participating Designer Chandelier showrooms
Participants may discover promotional offers, discount codes, or prizes (“Offers”) hidden as part of the Promotion.
5. Redemption of Offers
- Offers must be redeemed during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated
- Online offers must be applied at checkout using the relevant code
- In-store offers must be presented to staff at time of purchase
- Each offer may be subject to additional conditions as stated at the point of discovery
6. Non-Combination of Offers (Key Condition)
Offers, discount codes, and promotions obtained through the Golden Egg Hunt cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or code, including but not limited to:
- Sitewide sales
- Promotional codes
- Trade discounts
- Bundle offers
- Free gift or shipping promotions
Only one offer may be applied per transaction.
7. Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, offers:
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Are not transferable or exchangeable
- May exclude selected products, including clearance items, globes, or special orders
8. Availability
Offers are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
9. Returns and Exchanges
If a product purchased using a promotional offer is returned, any refund will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s standard returns policy.
Any promotional discount applied may be deducted from the refund value.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and redemptions
- Disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion
- Cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion if required
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
