Our products are produced using market leading materials which allow Designer Chandelier to offer a lifetime crystal, structural & electrical warranty on all Crystocia & New York Lighting Distribution products as well as a market leading lifetime frame finishes warranty (must be installed indoors as directed).

So, what does this mean:

1. We replace any broken crystals or parts over the chandelier’s lifetime and if required the unit itself.
2. If an issue with the internal wiring of the chandelier is present, then a repair or replacement maybe required.
3. It is the consumers responsibility to arrange and pay for any labour to maintain the chandelier after installation
4. The chandelier must be installed and comply with the Australian Electrical Code
5. To ensure your warranty is valid please follow the pre-installation checklist that is provided once your order is fulfilled.

1. Warranty Inclusions

1.1 Designer Chandelier warrants all Crystocia & New York Lighting branded products and selected components of those products, as specified in this warranty, against failure due to a manufacturing defect for the period referred to in the below table (Warranty Period), subject to these terms (Warranty). Pending any initial assessments, if a trade or equipment hire is required, this is not covered by Designer Chandelier and is at the cost of the consumer.

1.2 Please note that each Warranty is specific to a product or a component of a product. Please note the exclusions to this Warranty that are listed in this document and the specific exclusions for each specific product and component warranty listed in the below table

2. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

• Any trades or equipment costs required for product repairs or installation
• Complimentary incandescent globes 
• Broken light globes
• Any products that are exposed to the elements
• If a crystal/(s) is broken through mishandling, the consumer is responsible for the postage cost of the spare part(s).

4. DISCLAIMER

4.1 To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties implied or otherwise not set out in this Warranty are excluded. Designer Chandelier will be under no liability in contract (including without limitation, negligence, or breach of statutory duty) to otherwise compensate the party eligible to make a warranty claim for:

• Any increased profits or expenses; and
• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings; and
• Any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party; and
• Or delay in completing any of its obligations in this Warranty.
