Terms and Conditions - Win a Holiday Promotion TRADE
1. Promoter
The promoter is Designer Chandelier Pty Ltd (ABN: 92 654 269 217) of 1 Short Street Auburn, NSW, 2144 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion starts 12:00am AEDT on 27 March 2026 and ends 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to registered Designer Chandelier trade clients aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The promotion applies to purchases made online at designerchandelier.com.au or in-store at any Designer Chandelier showroom.
3.4 Entrants must be registered as a trade client with the Promoter prior to or during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Eligible trade clients will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every $2,000 (including GST) spent in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Multiple entries are permitted based on cumulative spend (e.g., $4,000 = 2 entries, $6,000 = 3 entries).
4.3 Entries are automatic. The Promoter will calculate entries based on the invoiced purchase amount.
4.4 Lay-bys, cancelled orders, returned goods, refunded purchases, or unpaid orders do not qualify for entry.
4.5. An additional way to enter is to apply for and be accepted into our trade program - this will entitle you to receive one (1) entry into the draw. Subsequent purchases made using that account will be eligible as above.
4.5 Prize Release Condition (Full Payment Requirement)
If an entrant wins the Prize, the Prize will only be awarded once all qualifying purchases used to generate entries have been paid in full.
For example: If a trade client spends AUD$20,000 (including GST) during the Promotion Period and pays a AUD$5,000 deposit, they will receive 10 entries.
If that client wins the Prize, they must pay the remaining AUD$15,000 balance in full before the Prize is released.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is a Luxury Escapes Gift Card valued at AUD$2,000 (“Prize”). Details and conditions of the Gift Card may be found here.
5.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.3 Any ancillary costs associated with taking the Prize (including but not limited to spending money, meals, travel insurance, and transfers) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
6. Draw Details
6.1 The draw will take place at 1 Short Street Auburn, NSW, 2144 on Friday 8 May 2026 at 12pm AEDT using a random selection method.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email and phone within 3 business days of the draw.
6.3 The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days, a redraw will be conducted.
7. Verification
7.1 The Promoter may request proof of identity, trade status, and purchase to verify eligibility.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. General
8.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.
8.2 If the Prize or any part of the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice is recommended.
8.4 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8.5 Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless they request otherwise.
8.6 The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter will collect and use entrant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at designerchandelier.com.au.
9.2 Personal data will be used solely for administering the promotion and conducting the prize draw.
