In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply send it back for a full refund on your purchase price (minus delivery costs). All products must be returned in perfect unmarked condition and in original undamaged packaging. You are required to notify us of your intention to return within 48 hours of receiving your item and returns must be received no later than 14 days after original delivery. Our product return rate is less than .02% of our actual sales, which is a testimony of our years of experience in supplying only the finest crystal lighting and chandelier products that create happy clients and less hassles for everyone. Our damage rate in delivery is below 1% of all items sent, which is remarkable considering the fragile nature of crystal chandeliers and a credit to our suppliers in how well they package their chandeliers. If you are one of the unfortunate 1% who have received any damages during transport or assembly we are more than happy to assist in getting you back on track with your chandelier. We have some easy to follow rules for damages so we can assist you in the best way possible.
We will assist free of charge with damages on the condition you check your item on arrival for noticeable damages and if any are seen to sign for your items as "damaged". If you do not check your item on arrival and sign for it in good condition then our delivery insurance is wavered and you will be charged at cost price for replacement parts.
